Beyond Technology: Understanding the Human Side of AI Transformation
Most AI advisors focus on algorithms, models, and infrastructure. I focus on what actually determines success or failure: the people, the culture, and the organizational dynamics that either enable or resist change.
With 35+ years bridging organizational sociology and technology strategy, I help Tech CEOs and Boards navigate AI transformation not just as a technical challenge, but as a fundamental shift in how organizations think, decide, and operate.
From Sociology to Silicon Valley: An Unconventional Path
My journey started in an unusual place for a tech advisor: a Master's degree in Sociology of Communication and Media. While my peers were studying computer science and engineering, I was learning about narrative structures, communication dynamics, media influence, and how ideas spread through social systems.
That foundation in communication sociology led me to pursue 40+ professional certifications in organizational behavior, leadership development, and AI strategy from Wharton, Bocconi, INSEAD, and other world-class institutions. I didn't inherit organizational expertise—I built it systematically, certification by certification, project by project.
Over three decades working with Private Equity funds, Venture Capital firms, and Tech companies across Europe and the US, I've witnessed the same pattern repeatedly: brilliant AI strategies fail not because of technical limitations, but because organizations underestimate the human complexity of transformation.
Leaders invest millions in cutting-edge technology while overlooking the informal power networks, cultural resistance, and leadership gaps that ultimately determine whether innovation succeeds or stalls.
That's where I come in.

The Sociological Lens Advantage
Where most advisors see organizational charts, I see power dynamics. Where others see resistance to change, I see cultural patterns that can be redirected. Where traditional consultants offer frameworks, I offer fluency in the unwritten rules that govern how organizations actually work.
Master's in Sociology of Communication and Media combined with 40+ certifications in organizational behavior. I understand both how narratives shape culture AND how organizations function beneath formal structures.
